How can a teeager under 18 open a bank account ...?

with my own ATM card that i can widraw and deposit my paychecks so i can manage my own bank account ..

even if my parents have to parents it for me

wow serious, just ask one of the employees at the desk and they fill you out for it!!

I think you can just go to a bank and open an account yourself...pick a bank that you feel comfortable with maybe even the one your parents use or another of your choice...go in and tell them you have a job and you would like to open an account and they will help you do the rest!!

Go to your local bank.  All you need is a social security card I think.  I opened one when I was 16 without any parents.
