    Eat fruits for dinner (not juice)

    Eat less(little more vegetables)

Like anyone else.  It depends on whether it is not flat cause you are overweight or because your stomach muscles are not toned.  In any case, doing abdominal work like crunches and reverse crunches will tone the muscles.  That may still not give you a "flat" look because excess fat can still hide the muscles, so do some cardio like running or swimming to get rid of the fat.  You can get an excellent overall body workout just doing regular pushups and squats.  And since you are a girl, you don't have to worry about getting "bulky".   Good luck
