I'm 15 years of age & I'm on my two week school holiday break. With just about 3 more days left of it, so far i've worked about 37 hours. Usually I work one shift a week (on sunday). Sometimes when i have days that I don't work, (which is not much) the following day when I have to work I am reluctant to go, but i want money.

-How can I motivate myself more to go to work.

-How can I look forward to go to work and not make it seem such a bother?

- On Saturday there will be about 8 parties, which is really really busy. Any tips how I can reduce stress while working and etc..

Thank you all..

  1. Money! You needing money,

When I  am reluctant to go work, I tell myself "you need room and food, you need monye, come on! baby! Fighting!"

  2. You should do it because you want to.

You should be motivated because you know lots of people would love to have your job and your lucky to have it so get on with it.

You shouldnt need motivation, yeh i know its touh when friends are having fun and your at work but its fun for me when i can afford a new pair of shoes and they cant.

Btw i think your working too many hours because your too young to work all those shifts and that means your working illegally so check with your employer.
