How can a teenager raise a lot of money in a month?

Question

I'm 14. My friends and I want to throw a huge party before June.

The only problem is that we need to raise quite some money to throw a successful party, we want to invite 45 to 65 people. Where I live it's kind of hard to have garage sales and stuff like that.

Ideas on places to have parties are also appreciated. So far we only thought of having the party on a boat, but its too expensive.

Any ideas related to parties are appreciated too.

You'd get half of the total expense from yr parents and the other half should be raised by al of your friends together by doing jobs at stores/shops.

Don't go for the boat party rather have it in your lawn, by the evening with music and snacks.

Expenses can be reduced by putting together yr own goods like chairs, cutlery, some cooked dishes, decorative material & music etc. instead of hiring from outside.

You should try to raise money by doing odd jobs for your parents or even your neighbours.It easy and if your friend comes along it would be extra fun. You can also save up money by not spending on your pocket money on things that you do not need eg.buying food from the canteen, you can make our lunch at home.

You are only 14 and a party on a boat sounds to good to be true.Maybe have a party theme like hollowood and decorate your house as the theme.This is easy and fun.WHY not just tell your parents to make some fingar food.Go buy a dj and dats a hott party..

Kuwait is the fourth richest country in the world and is on the Persian Gulf.  

So have a beach party sponsored by some of the local corporations.

or

You could get a band and sell tickets to attend.

or

Do odd jobs around your neighborhood and for the vast amount of corporations in Kuwait.

or

You could ask for donations from corporations and then auction off the goods.  But this is a lot of work.  So if you did odd jobs and asked each person or the parents of each kid that was going to attend to contribute, you might have enough money to throw a great party.

I used to do this all the time when I was a kid, but you have to be honest about it.  Offer to clean the inside of people's cars with a vacuum and cleaners for $5 and all the change you find in the car.  Generally you find more then $5 in change in cars in the seats, under the seats, in the glove compartment etc.

For somewhere to have the party check out some of your state parks/beaches.  A lot of them rent pavillions for very little money.

Also, if you are having 45 - 65 people you should get everyone together and make a list.  Have each person commit to bring one thing.  A pack of hot dogs is $3.  A pack of buns is $1.  So if one person agrees to bring a pack of hotdogs and buns for $4 that will save money.  One person agrees to bring a case of soda.  One person agrees to bring a few bags of chips.  Get out your excel spread sheet and get to getting.

One of the kids I know use to make about $100/week selling soda in the school cafeteria.  He would go to WALMART and buy a case at a time for like 25 cents each and sell them for $1 each during school.  They might stop you from selling after a while, but it is a quick income while it lasts.  Just do it quietly.

I also used to sell bubble gum and it was a good money maker. Anything you can get at a dollar store that you think can sell you can give a try, but start small and work your way up. Buy some candy bars at 3 for a buck and sell them for a buck a piece. Also think about hair ties anything that people need a lot of that is cheap.

Remember NO CREDIT! you don't want to be chasing people around for a dollar. If they can't borrow a dollar from someone then they prob can't be trusted.
