i have to make a cut out of a giraffe on a thermocol. How can a thermocol be cut smoothly?

dear monika, cutting thermocol is quite simple, what you have to do is, keep the apex or the edge of a knife[made up of iron] on a flame for about 10 seconds [to make it hot]. then quickly cut the thermocol in desired shape[ you should initially make a rough design on the thermocol and then run the knife over it]. as soon as you feel the smoothness while cutting is decreasing, reheat the knife n repeat the method.
