  1. well, youll just have to ask around, most store or restaurant owners may not be able to hire you because of state law and if they can there is a lot of restrictions, i believe it goes like 30 hours per week with school and work total and also you cant work past like 8 or 9 on school nights and past like 9 or 10 on non-school nights. also you can try other jobs, when i was 14 i had 3 paper routes, with a buddy not alone.he and i did that for like 3 years,it was good money but alot of work, early early mornings on weekends.try asking a school councelor or even a teacher to help you, they may have some ideas also.

  2. Well, you can start a business at any age but that's not what you're talking about. The youngest I've heard about in my location (houston, TX) is 15 but in general it's 16.

  3. Don't know what laws are where you are, but in NY working papers are available at 14 y.o.  If you can work try going into grocery stores & ask to speak to manager.  Maybe you can be stock boy.

Try mom & pop stores, they're more informal.

If you have good grades you can try tutoring; or babysitting, etc.

  4. Ask around
