How can administrator block the use of wireless internet from other users of same computer??

i want to stop wireless internet from other users means my friends so they can only use the wire network connection means only administrator can only use wireless internet and user can only use the wired network please help me!!!!

It would be pretty difficult for a normal user, but do a Google search for "Hardware Profiles."

This will create different hardware profiles for your account and everybody else's, but on theirs, just disable the wireless network adapter.
