THis is officially becoming a worse topic than "AM I GREAT"; which I thought was impossible to do.  The worst part is that when you check the person asking the questions profile he describes his "insane baseball knowledge" and he does notunderstand the freaking basics!!!

Oh yeah here is my official response to all the questions about this:

The July 31st is the non-waiver trade deadline, all players traded before the real deadline of August 31st have to clear waivers before they can be traded.
