  1. First, you'll need to get your parents involved a little, since web hosting costs money and you'll need an adult to enter a contract.  It's also helpful to have people to cheer you on as you go.

I like Site Build It! because it's a complete system that does not require a lot of computer skills.  They teach you step by step how to choose a topic that will be fun and good for making money, how to research it, how to pick a domain that is good for both people and search engines, how to build the pages (you don't have to know HTML with this system), how to build traffic and how to make money with it.  The example they use in a lot of their training was built by a 14 year old girl.  (I think she's in her 20's now).

The video at the top of this page is a quick overview of the system.  The rest is additional information if you think the system will help you. http://www.sitesell.com/Brenda55.html

This is my site that I've been working on for a couple months now.  http://www.panama-city-beach-vacations.c...

I think it's great that you want to try this.  Best wishes on building a great site!

  2. You could create a simple website with GOOGLE ADSENSE

  3. To make a website you need a domain and webhosting. The best way to get a domain for free is to purchase your domain and webhosting together. In this way it is possible to get your domain for free. Some webhosting companies offer this as a gift . I am using bluehost webhosting for my websites I was a newbie a while back ,I have an excellent experience with bluehost webhosting.I have called them several times for configuring my SQL database and some php stuff and every time they have solved my problems . Apart from that they also have a pretty straight foward control panel that I use daily.
