How can an adult gather evidence of sexual abuse?

If an adult is getting molested, how can they get evidence to later press charges? Otherwise it's a he said-she said deal.

if you are looking for a handbook that tells the steps to investigate a crime, that is applicable to every crime, everywhere, there is no such handbook.  If you have something specific, try asking that.
