How can another owner take me of the group when i made the group?

im doing this for a friend.she made this group for her daughter and made her daughter an owner so she could do what she wanted to in the group.then she got mad and took her mom of the group. how could she do that when her mom made the group.

when you promote another to owner, Yahoo doesn't recognize one from the other- both are now owners with all priviledges. I tested this and yea, one owner can demote- remove the owner who creted the group-

best option is to always make someone a moderator and limit those priviledges.
