  1. coffee

  2. "ihavemilk" what is your problem- put medicine in toilet paper and swallow it? You sound stupid. To the OP, with psychotropic meds you often have to tweak the regimen in order to get the best results. Try keeping a journal so that you are better able to track how changes in your meds are or are not helping. Don't be afraid to call your doctor's office and say that you are not having any improvements, a good psychiatrist will be very interested in seeing you sooner than your scheduled appt if you are having problems. As far as the ativan, taking it crushed or swallowed whole, as long as it is not a capsule that should not be crushed or chewed, you can swallow it in a way that is easiest for you.

  3. You can see a therapist that will give you exercises to do to help control your thoughts.  There is NO magic pill that is going to cure you; it takes more than medication.  If your therapist is just handing you pills, then you might consider seeing someone else.

And DO NOT CHEW YOUR MEDS!  Find a good therapist that treats OCD.

  4. Yes crush it up into powder and drink it or but it inside some toilet paper and swallow it.

you dissolve more at once therefore enhancing the effect. but it lasts shorter.

DON"T do this if you have a bad heart.
