How can antonio noguiera fight in affliction and the ufc?

is his contract with ufc up? with all the c**p i hear about dana white not letting couture out of his contract i don't see why he would let minotauro fight somewhere else.

It's the other Noguiera brother (check out sherdog.com to see profiles on each guy).  No way after all the stuff going on with UFC and Couture would they just alow their current hvy wt champ to fight under that brand.

Yeah, it's his twin brother. Rodrigo (the UFC champ) fights at heavyweight, while his brother fights at 205. The best way to tell them apart when fighting is that Rodrigo has a large scar on his back from a tractor accident when he was a kid and his brother does not.
