  1. Journalists are typically liberal. Media owners are typically conservative.

Every media report is wrong in some way or not exactly correct. You cannot just make an opinion based on one news article or report. You have to ask questions and try to find answers. You shouldn't just blindly accept whatever said as fact. How did they come to that conclusion? What is it based on? Is that source credible? Why is that source credible? What does someone say who might disagree? Why do they disagree? Where is the evidence?

People need to question things more.

  2. A lot of the bias people percieve is what they inject into the program themselves. If you hear over and over "MSNBC is full of crazy liberal moonbats" and "Fox News only hires facists" you start to watch them with those preconcieved notions in mind.

So I, for one, reject the stereotype of media bias because I'm smart enough to cut through to the real story and think it through myself. I suggest you all do the same.

  3. Uneducated, ignorant, selfish (in that they don't think of anything outside of themselves) people are usually those that deny such bias.  I used to be one - I thought that politics was for politicians and didn't pay ANY attention to the media.  When I did catch a glimpse of a story I thought, "gee they are really looking out for me."  I was so blind.

    :(

  4. I deny it, and since you have given me no proof or evidence to consider, I will continue to deny it.

  5. Only the liberals deny liberal media bias.
