How can bacteria be cultured in food?

  1. its dipend upon the moisture, temprature and weather.


  2. Actually...you're far more likely to grow mould/fungus than bacteria. However, if you start with milk or yoghurt you've already got a bacterial culture, Lactobacillus bulgaricus etc. dunno if they'd accept that.

  3. Bacteria will grow easily in food.  Keep it at room temperature or near 37 degrees celsius (98 F) and it will grow even faster depending on the species.
