  1. THAT AN INTERESTING QUESTION. THE WORLD IS NOT REALLY SMILES AND LAUGHTER ALL THE TIME HOWEVER U WANT THAT OUT OF LIFE AND TO BE  HAPPY... SOMTIMES YOU WILL HAVE TO THINK OUT THE BOX AS IN TO LOOK ON OTHER THINGS POSITIVE AND BE THANKFUL OF WHAT U GOT. BUT TO BE HAPPY WITH YOUR SELF THAT UP TO YOU TO TAKE ON THAT CHALLENGE AND TO DO THINGS THAT YOU DONT ORIGINALLY DO TO MAKE YOUR SELF FEEL LIKE YOUR ON TOP...


  2. Interesting question. It presumes one is unhappy with oneself, that life sucks and if one didn't wake up one day, it wouldn't be much of a loss.

    Wrong.  I've had MS for 20 years, and I have a GREAT life.  I'm married to the most wonderful man you could imagine (who was born with a hearing deficit, blind in one eye and partially blind in the other, a learning disability and a speech impairment d/t his mother had german measles).  Despite his handicaps, he's put himself thru college and spent 20 years building nuclear SPECT scanners.

    I put myself thru 2 colleges and have a string of degrees and certifications, and have worked as a nurse for 26 years.

    We have had a grand time, ecstatic to wake up every morning tangled together. We never pass each other in the house without kissing, and he calls me on break from work.  

    We have a son who is a genius who loves us and lives nearby.  He's married to a terrific young woman: she comes over weekly to play WiiFit with me.  They got married recently and insisted I sing their wedding as my new d-i-l said she'd never find anyone who sang as good as I.  ( Oh, I almost forgot, I sing often - it releases endorphins and I also make $$$ singing weddings, funerals, etc)

    We haven't much money, but then again, we don't lack for food, or for a roof over our head.  We have two good vehicles, and more clothes than we can wear in a day.

    We live in the greatest country on earth, where there hasn't been a case of malnutrion (other than that caused by someone abusing another or by personal choice) in 75 years.  We have freedom to live where we choose, to worship as we please, and to say what we want.

    Days fly by as we tease and play and work and love.

    Life is wonderful and we are happy with each other, we have a positive glowing attitude, and we thank G-d every day for the countless blessings with which we are gifted.

    That's about as happy as we could possible get.  Any happier and we'd be in Paradise.

  3. Stop for a minute, think about what you've got and what you're able to do. Write down whats bothering you on a piece of paper, then keep these in mind:

    1) If you think you can do a thing or not, you are right.

    - Expect to be able to achieve what you want to.

    2) Don't think about things you can't change.

    - Focus on doing what you can.

    3) Enlarge your vision.

    - Know you can get whatever you want to, don't impose boundaries on yourself and know the only thing standing between you and it is yourself.

    4) Don't be afraid to dream because the people who are, are already dead.

    - But don't just dream, get up and work your *** off for it!

    5) You're not alone.

    - Whatever problem you have, someone out there is going through the same thing and there are others with much worse problems. Take inspiration from their struggle and return the favor by helping someone else.

    6) Do I have a reason to be unhappy?

    - Still got my hands, legs, eyes, ears, all senses plus the ability to love, learn, understand, appreciate and teach. What more do I want?

    7) Life is short.

    - And that says a lot! Spend it on the things that are worth your time and that will make you happy and don't let depression beat you while you can just as easily beat it.

    I can those my seven rules of survival. You can call them anything you want. Open that piece of paper and look at those issues with fresh energy, take another paper and write down all the things you want to do and believe you can do.

    dont hurt any body,

    forget all the bad things from ur life, dont cry for the past.,

    dont fear of anybody, if we are right.

    If u have hurt somebody, confess infront of him,

    all these things related to stress.

    Trust in God.Believe that he is defenately help us. he gave us a life so why shoul we make life boring?

  7. It feels like these days everything is going odd in ur life.

    What i suggest u to think positive, though u can say everyone says this so whats new about that? Well m saying in bit different way.

    When anything goes wrong or things are not favoring u, Just think Out of the Box.

    For example

    A typical media player screen when u click a media file..

    NOW PLAYIN CANNOT PLAY FILE !!.

    one can take this in 2 ways either its a typical error

    OR MAY B THE FILE HAS SUCH A NAME..

    LYF IS SUCH A MEDIA PLAYER

    THINS ARE NOT ALWAYS WORSE WOT U C...!!

    Ask these question with yourself

    1) What if things are more worse than what ur facing now

    2) Is there anything which gives u to think other aspect of it, like what did u learn. Anything which can be done to get back things the way u wanted.

    3) There must occasions where u have Won the life, where u feel u did something good. Where u feel like things comes up the way u wanted, just give a thought about that. This will gives u a positive energy to start working on the odd these days.

    4) Try to smile n if possible try to laugh on urself, this is the best way to kill ur ego. Coz ego is also one of the major reason when things are not favouring u

    Look around u remember about those days when u have laughed,joked,with someone specially your friends.U WILL FEEL HAPPY.

    Make lots of friendes with whom u can share your feelings.
