  2. At 7 kcal per mole ATP in the conversion to ADP, and daily calorie requirement at 2800 kilo calories per day, you would produce and consume 400 moles of ATP. At 507 grams per mole that would be over 200 kg. If you were sedentary you might only make and consume 100 kg.
