  1. join a Credit union and establish a regular pattern of saving even if it is $10.00 a week, and you can have them do it by payroll deduction.

Then after a month or so, Apply for a small loan.

a Signature loan of say 500-1000 if you have a car that is paid for you can use that or a computer of something like that as collateral, take the money from the loan and put it into your savings account, pay the loan back within 6 months using the money from the savings account (all the while earning intrest as it sits in your account.

Once that loan is paid off you have establish a good credit reference, now you can apply for something bigger, like a low interest Credit union Credit card ( I am not an advocate of Credit cards, because people rarely stop at one) Never charge more than 50% of what your have available, that will lower your fico score. Make timely payments or pay off what you use each month.

The Credit union will allow you to make car payments on a weekly or bi weekly basis depending on how you get paid, which makes a $300 car payment go away...

I bought my 3rd car through the credit union this week.

I have 1/2 my check each week that goes into my credit union account and now makes a payment for two cars +Christmas Club and Vacation club accounts and regular savings

I get paid weekly.  My car payments are divided up weekly.

So on one I pay 79.00 a week and on the other I pay 52.00 a week,  I never miss the money, I don't write a check for 300.00 and 200.00 each month. AND I am never late on a payment. Credit Unions can be your best friend....

  2. get credit cards, even if you don't use them it still helps out your credit just keep the acct.s open for a long period of time.

  3. i was going through a lot of the same problems with my credit score but i turned to get some help and found it at http://www.cellsware.info/restorecredit . They're totally free service that can help put on you on a good plan to raise your credit score.

  4. pay rent, get credit cards, (it builds faster if they are constantly maxed out, but make sure to pay the bill on time),

Get a vehicle from a dealership.

Basically anything that you make payments on (not through a private owner) will make your credit score raise. but dont expect it to change much fast.. it takes time to build credit.
