You Go To A Court House. You Have To Get A Lawyer And Submit A Petition At Your Biggest County Court. The Judge Will Wanna Hear Why You Want To Change It And Will Let You If He/She Thinks Its Appropriate. I Think It Costs Money Because When You Change Your Name It Costs Money. It Wont Cost Money If You're A Refugee Or Something
