  1. I don't know!  It's the typical crooked politics with Daley probably.

I live 10 minutes from there,  They should just build one southwest where there a billion new homes!!!   they need one. But that makes too much sense for the governor to figure out!!!!

  2. Because the government has tossed the Constitution right out the window.

  3. Because they are the government. Eminent domain.

  4. Imminant domain is the ability the government has to take your property to make a road, highway, airport or something that would help the community. There's a good reason for having it but it's abused. Today it's being used to take property from people and then given to private developers for cheap, its not right and not fair, they justify it by saying the business taht takes over your house will pay more taxesand improve the community. Recently out in Naperville they tried to use it to take someones farm to build a school. They tried to give the owner 150,000 per acre. He took them to court and turned out it was worth 650,000 per acre, however had he not had the money to fight it he would have just had to let them s***w him.

  5. A stupid law called Eminent Domain.
