  2. they can understand that if someone is not being part of the team how it affects the rest .The idea of I or WE= individual and society and how important it is for the ones who are working well in the team to help thoses out who are struggling as it will affect the whole team .Cause and effect and thinking of others

    Rationilization and compromizing .I believe it also helps kids to learn to express their ideas

    more clearly.

    *it helps children build relationships with one another and with their teachers.

  6. Any child would benefit from teamwork. It would teach the children sharing, listening skills, following directions, to compromise, work together, and above all have fun together.

    These skills will carry them throughout their lives. If  all they learn is to SHARE and to GET ALONG, that is a great step.
