I am holding an event (its kinda like a convention) with over 2000 people attending. I want help financially and am going to offer a company (makes processors for the people that attend) opportunities to advertise. Any ideas for how they could advertise? ie. Name on banners, etc.

Thanks!

  1. Well, at a convention, the event holders sell space in a exhibit hall for the vendors to set up tables for samples and materials.   They can also charge the companies to include materials in the registration packets, for advertisements in an event journal, and for speaking opportunities.  They can also charge companies use of the registration list for mailings.  If you have some time for planning this, you should go to an event similar to the one you are planning, and see what opportunities are available.  You can also look up similar events online, and see their vendor packages to see advertising opportunties and the rates they are charging.
