  1. a chinese restaurant is a great example.

their culture affects their food because food is part of a country's culture, you can read the history of a country just by looking at the food. the quality of the ingredients cantell you the wealth of the country at that time, or health trends, etc.

the restaurant will be impacted because of its appearance. they will try to integrate some of their traditional decorations into the restaurant to make the eater feel lke they are having a more genuine experience.

and the hospitality at a chinese restaurant is terrible. the waiters are rude, speak loudly, forget your orders, you feel like youre being watched the whole time, the food arrives cold, they give you a cold look when you help yourself to after-dinner mints and they dont say goodbye or thankyou when you leave.

not a particularly enjoyable dining experience.

  2. I'm not sure how you want me to answer, but I can give you my best answer. For example, in Tiki culture, pacific island food could be served in  a restaurant featuring Tiki statues, masks, plants, etc, while wearing those skirts made of grass. I forgot what they're called. lol

I hope that's the answer you wanted. ^_^
