First of all it begins with an idea.

The idea attracts thoughts, and u start brainstorming about the idea.

Then those thoughts start to generate and affect emotions.

Then emotions move the body and affect expression.

And there's a way back also. A feed back system.

Any action will be intepreted, and maybe other's emotions are being felt.

This process influences your thoughts.

Now new ideas may appear, or maybe mental confusion:D
