Question:

How can fall asleep faster?

i cant fall asleep i tried everything and its hared i usually fall asleep at 3 am i tried reading,writing,worm bath,worm milk,yoga,breathing exersize and more but non of them work.Please please please help me i need sleep

  1. put on some music that you don't usually listen to. nothing that you will know the words to, because you'll be occupied w/ singing. but if you don't even like the music, you'll try harder to get it off of your mind, and sleep [: good luck.


  2. try to set a routine. eat a hour before you sleep . avoiding watch tv or pc. drink some warm milk before heading to bed.

    if all fails, work or exercise.     if you burn that energy you will sleep better

  3. Exercise!!!

    I have problems falling asleep at night but not when I went running the same day!!  I would advise running before dinner.  After dinner you would unwind and then easilly fall asleep.  This works for me atleast.

    Also people tend to stay awake if they are hungry.  Eat something before you go to sleep or atleast two hours prior to falling asleep.
