I don't know how to make my bracelets glow in the dark again.

If you put them under a bright light for a couple minutes, that should make them glow again. If it does not work, the glow in the dark material has probably been rubbed off or washed off.

Also, glow in the dark phenomena is known as phosphoresdence, the black light glow is known as fluorescence
