How can get from a Size 12 to a Size 6?

I need to get from a size 12 to a size 6 and i need help are there any diets like special k or something similar where you have to eat there same meal on the diet. Please help . . I dont want to gain any more weight and be fat and i want to be a slim size 6.

  1. Ditch the word "diet", ok? It should be a lifestyle and not a diet. Weight loss has to be steady and slow - only this way it will be permanent. You can loose weight fast with any stupid crush diet, but I promise, you will gain ALL plus extra back as soon as you are done with this diet, I am saying from my own experience. What you need is eating about 1300-1500 calories a day (check labels!) of healthy food like veggies, fruits, lean meat/tofu, whole grains, low-fat dairy, grains. And you need to work out for at least an hour every day. Working out CAN be fun, there are surely some things you love doing - maybe walking, dancing, swimming, riding a bike - anything as far as you are moving and enjoying!

    Weight loss has to be fun. You will burn out and binge if you torture yourself with too little food.

  2. john malkovich lost loads of weight eating just jelly (or jell-o if you're american)

    but if you're english size 6 isn't slim its skinny, and skinny is stupid.  


  3. cut out the sugar, no more soda, no more alcohol, no fried food

    eat lots of protein (chicken, eggs etc)

    excercise three days a week

    ( run for 10 minutes on the treadmill , 10 minutes on the stair master, 10 minutes on eliptical )

    and you should see results within two weeks

    you will be a size six in 3-6 months
