How can get home video's off of my computer?

Question

I loaded the videos' on to my computer from my memory card,now when I try to burn them it says something about the format not being right. Is there a place I can take the whole computer to and have them do it?

if you use windows, you can use windows movie maker to make your own videos of your pictures and videos and add some video editing.  once you do that save the file to make it into a standard video format.  then just burn that file to a dvd.
