How can get to study in Dublin?

Question

I want to study in Dublin film and television directiong, but I don`t know what to search on the Internet and don`t understand much of how my admission works. I will have finished high school in June. I have a Certificate of Advanced English from Cambridge university with grade B and have high grades in my country. I am also a citizen of the European Union if that matters.

You could try visiting some of the college websites as most have sections for international students which should answer this and a lot more. I suggest checking Trinity, UCD and DCU.
