  1. that's not a healthy thing to do, you only suppose to lose 1-2 pounds a week,..by exercising about 30-60 minutes a day, and eating and sleeping right ..if you lose 5 pounds in one week that's kinda like starving yourself..and its pretty much impossible

    Sorry.!

  2. drink lots of water and eat healthy light meals and snacks

  3. Got what you mean, exercising is key [:

So jog everyday around 6 pm (it gets nice outside then) for about a half hour. Take a nice jog, not too slow.

Situps and planks to help the tummy, lunges to help the legs.

It's gonna take dedication! Just stay active, that'll do the trick. If anything, maybe you can drop close to 5 [:

  4. go on a 1 week vegetable diet, my friend lost 20 pounds in a month so im sure if you go no that diet and drink water (but no candy, eat lot's of apples) then you will lose more then 5 pounds.

  5. its almost impossible, unless you weigh well over 200 pounds. you should have started trying to lose weight sooner. it is much too late for the first day of school. however, if you are interested in losing weight, lower your calorie intake, and exercise in the morning. when you exercise in the morning, it raises your metabolic rate for the rest of the day (which means you burn more calories than normal). whatever you do, don't starve yourself. when you are not eating enough, your body takes away muscle instead of fat. this is because it needs protein, which is found mainly in muscles. the most you could lose in one week is about 2.5 pounds.

  6. Get rid of processed foods, sugar, and drink 8 glasses of water a day

  7. Its idiotic to try and lose 5 pounds in a week.

Maybe, instead of being lazy all summer, you should have thought about this back in... say... july.

    Edit:

Again... maybe you should have thought about this 2 months ago. Its way more sensible and healthy, and easier to lose 5 pounds over 2 months by eating healthy... rather than eating chips and pop all summer... then starving yourself for a week.

  8. Combine the next few things:

    - Count calories (max 1500 if you really want to LOSE)

    - Do leg exercises before you sleep.

    - Try a natural tea that stimulates digestion. Drink it after every meal.

    - Eat more fruit.

    - Don't drink TOO much water or you'll only bloat and feel big. One liter is enough, seriously.

    - Definitely eat brown bread instead of white.

    - Eat as much as you like, but not just everything. If you eat "sour" fruits the right way, they kind of stimulate digestion in a natural way.

-Cut down on potatoes, wheat and anything else that is connected to flower.

  9. i did it exercising on the treadmill 6 days a week i only had one meal a day and tons of water its not very healthy but for a quick fix it worked

  10. That's just unhealthy! A healthy, normal weight loss is 1-2 lbs (pounds) a week. So, rather than a drastic, life-threatening change, let's go with a healthy weight loss that people will notice and complement on.

And, let's not only shed pounds, but keep them off and gain muscle with Aerobics!

So, I'll now tell you some different aerobic exercises you can do. The basic aerobic exercises fall under e categories: Walking, Bicycling, Swimming, and a general Work Out that doesn’t involve any of the above.

Walking: Walking around a neighborhood for 30 min a day is the best option for people who love the outdoors and don’t want to work too hard. But, because it’s such a basic exercise and you can go at your own pace (which for some people is 1 step every second (really slow)) you need to do other aerobics with it and “Speed walk”, meaning go faster than YOUR regular walk, not others.

Bicycling: Great for the legs and lungs/heart/blood flow. 30 min a day of Bicycling is good because, frankly, you have to pull yourself, unlike walking where you can go slower whenever you feel like it.

Swimming: Want to shed fat and gain muscle in every part of your body? Swimming is PERFECT! But you do have to actually learn the strokes, swimming for “fun” or not really trying won’t cut it.

    Other:

Leg Lifts: Lay on your right side with your right leg slightly curled and your left (above your right) can NEVER touch the ground! You start off about an inch up from your right leg and that’s position #1, now put your leg as high as it can go without moving any other part of your body besides your left leg, and that is position #3. Right in the middle of 1 and 3 is position # 2. It’s important that you do this for 15 min without allowing your left leg to touch the ground or rest on anything! First Leg lift is put your left leg in position 1 and then say “1 one thousand, 2 one thousand, 3 one thousand, down!” When you say 1 one thousand keep your leg in position 1 and same with the others only with position 2 and 3 to match ‘2 one thousand’ and ‘3 one thousand’. When you say “down!” slide your leg down without stopping but without touching anything. Do that for about 5 min straight, going up and down. Then do the exact same thing only go up smoothly and down with the “1 one thousand, 2 one thousand, 3 one thousand” and do that for 5 min. Then go to position 1 and roll your heel around in the air for 5 “1 one thousands”. Then go to position 2 and do the same thing then position 3 and do the same thing then go back down doing it all again, make sure it takes up 5 min. Once you have that done your left leg is done. So turn onto your left side and do the same with your right leg for the same amount of time, making 30 min total. During this exercise your back-end and thighs will hurt like mad, but you can’t give up! Set yourself a goal that if your leg that should never touch the ground does then you will start all over! After you have finished the leg lifts, cross your legs and get them as close to your body as you can get (no matter how much you have to cross them) and then lean over so your chest is against your legs and your forehead on the floor. This stretches out those paining muscles.

Push Ups: Put your hands in front of your face and touch your pointing finger and your thumb in a diamond shape with all your other fingers spread out evenly, then spread your arms apart, disconnecting the diamond so that they are parallel to your shoulders. This is how you should put your hands to a push up properly. Now, go into push up form (girls or boys (girls cross their calves and lift them in the air and have their knees support them and guys don’t)) and make sure your back is perfectly straight. No sticking out of the back-end. This you need a partner with, and one of you choose to start. Let’s say you and I are doing it and you choose to start. You start with 1 pushup then stop, then I do 2 pushups then stop, then you do 3 and stop, then I do 4 and stop, then you do 5, I do 6, you do 7, I do 8, you do 9, and I do 10. Then, if you can keep going, go back down to one. So, I just did 10, you do 9, I do 8, ect...

Jumping Jacks: Just do a bunch of Jumping Jacks and experiment with new ways to do them.

So, do and hour-2 hours of Aerobic exercise a day and EAT WELL, if you don’t eat well then this is no longer a healthy exercise. Also, drink LOTS OF WATER while, after, and before you begin and get at LEAST 8 HOURS OF SLEEP.

Separate your 2 hours though, so you don’t do this consecutively. Do one hour in the afternoon and one near bed time, but not so close that you won’t get 8 hours of sleep. Eating right, sleeping enough, and drinking a lot always come first and exercise comes second.

Also, eat apples. They have negative calories, meaning that it takes more calories to eat them than they give you. But they have to be plain apples. No salt, cheese, caramel, ect…
