depends on your style, i would add a patch or a pin buy a different skirt the right color and change up a little bit to be kinda rocker and wear different shoes like hi tops

Well, Im also attending a "uniform school" too.

Try buyin accessories, like bracelets, anklets (if they allow it), also very cool knee highs. Ballet flats would look nice. Try styling your hair.

Sketch the uniform and try to add some details on it

Etc.

Uniforms can be a pain.

Usually, they stick to two colors, but that doesnt mean you cant accessorise!

if your uniform is based on the color blue.

look for blue balls[the necklaces].

try looking for blue accesories.

And if you wanna rock it, just look for assoeries that stand out. For example, Try big hoops, or long dangly earings. Look for long necklaces, and stuff.

Look for some cute shoes!

Make sure your polo is tight fitted, that usually will make it cuter.

Most girls worry bout the skirt being to long.

Simply pull it up a little, but not to the point where its to high.

And, make sure you buy a cute fragrence. You'll deffintialy stand out, if people can smell you out from a crowd.
