  1. I'm afraid that is not possible, mainly for security reason set by macromedia(now adobe), like those code like FScommand formerly works in opening notepad in windows folder is not working after Flash 5.

    If local hard drive details can be retrieved from client pc, it will be open to hacker's exploitation.
