  1. steroids

  2. run in baggy clothes when training to do it to increase the drag, the more you do it the more you become used to running with the increased amount of drag, then when you come to do it in a competiotin in your running clothes you wont have as much drag, and you will be able to achieve a faster time.  Google resistance training

  3. Do a mix of them all- vary the training e.g intervals, fartlek, hills ect.

Training improves time and also having the correct diet and being prepared on the day.

    Good luck! I am also a 1500m runner :)

  4. Do a mix of all 3 sessions. Im not sure of the balance you need.

I think the main sessions you should concentrate on are speed (running say, fast 800m then rest and repeat), and endurance, 2km long runs, and every now and then doing a 1500m at race speed. The strength will come from that but a few strength training sessions will help.

  5. join an athletics club and listen to the coach.

lots of information on this site too.

  6. get a running machine or run every day 4 at lleast 10 mins then u will get fatster each day

  7. what you should is loads of miles mabey start of with 2 miles a day all you need is stamina up and your endurace but more of your stamina

the times that come last at meets for clubs are like 4.59

    good luck

  8. Try Thickomints.

  9. Run faster!

  10. Steroids
