How can i MAKE Myself get to sleep?!?!?

pleaseeeee helpp. i;m going to florida tommorow morning and i need to go to bed NOW so i can be up on time

i've been lying in my bed for the past 2 hours with my eyes closed and i still can't get to sleep

i have serious insomia and i just can't get to sleep, i have no sleeping pills either

what should i do????????

  2. well mostly seeing as its only 730 and you been sitting on your keester for two hours its no wonder you cant get to sleep.lazy bones.your body has nothing to be tired about

  3. Valerian Root works well...

    Meditation, prayer, quieting the mind etc...

    on a more taboo note lol... a good o****m should do the job :)

  4. ...try downloading relaxing music.  Rain & Thunder album from Nature's Creation helped ALOT when I first used it.

    You could also try hypnosis or meditation.  But anything electronic will keep you up.

    series of unfortunate events or harry potter always does the job, u'll get sleepy in a heartbeat unless if the suspense in these amazing books kill u and u hav to finish it like i do or count sheep or watever u like ♦ i count skateboards♦ in ur head in front of ur bed and before u know it..........ssssllleeeeeeeeeep

  6. Theres not too much you can do.

    Although, you shouldnt do something like the computer or tv 30 mins before bed otherwise you arent likely to fall asleep quickly.

    Doing something relaxing and quiet like a crossword or whatever can help.

    Don't think too much about trying to get to sleep either, just relax and think of calm things and dont lay their thinking i really need to go to sleep.

    Also make sure you dont have a full bladder and dont go to bed hungry.

    Second, warm milk helps.

    Third, close your eyes, relax the body and mind and slowly drift off to sleep!
