No offense, but baking soda can scrub away your tooth enamal. Not good.

Try rinsing your mouth with hydrogen peroxide before you brush your teeth. Just a minute or two. I learned this from someone who had beautiful white teeth. After a few weeks of trying it, my sister asked me how I was getting my teeth so white!
