How can i Not Crash!?

Its 5:41 i hav to go to school at 7:15 i didn't sleep at all None! closed my eyes poped back open And it the first day of school 4new Teachers and sleeping in class bad inpression how can i not crash?????

  1. coffee can help... but when you feel like you are nodding off take sharp, deep breaths... find a quite spot at lunch, set your alarm and doze for half an hour to pep you up for the rest of the day... although when you get overly tired your body will kick in its energy reserves and you will feel a little jumpy and crazy but you will be awake!

  2. You can either call it sick, or drink a bit of caffeine beforehand, but it might only help you crash in the long run.

    You could always hold out for as long as you can, and when you get unbearably tired, raise your hand and ask if you can leave because you didn't get any sleep and are too tired to go on. Be honest.
