I'm assuming you're talking about the denial code, 214b. It's not a permanent denial, for most folks anyway. The usual advice once you've been turned down under 214b is to reapply once things have changed for the better in your life. So, if you get a better job and have worked in that position for a few years, you would presumably be in a better position to prove to the interviewing officer that you would return after a short trip.
