  1. My main way of income is mowing lawns. I started off just doing my parents lawn for free, and once I got good I went to my neighbor's house and asked him If I could do his lawn for 25$ a week. I mowed, edged, and swept. Once I got used to his lawn I got another lawn in the neighborhood for 25$. Also if your parents will allow you to do ebay try that. I am trying to convince them to let me sell stuff on ebay. One thing that I do over the summer is set up a garage sale. I get all my stuff that I dont use anymore and in late May/early June I set it up. Also during the garage sale you can make lemonade and cookies or something like that to get a few extra bucks. Also, save or pick up any loose change you can. If I see a nickel on the ground I pick it up, and I always save my change after getting a soda, snack etc...I am 14 and a half, and I have made over 1,000 dollars, and I put it in a savings account. Since I am young I can't earn much interest in the account, but its a safe place to put my money.

  2. I know exactly what you mean-I'm looking for something to do also but my parents pay me to do work around the house-I wish I was old enough to get a job.Not for the money but to have something to do in the summer. The summer is going by fast and I want to tell the kids in my class that I actually did something exciting this year.Maybe try doing something for your aunts,uncles,grandparents,etc...Maybe they will pay you to mow their lawn or something like that.I can't wait til next year when I am old enough to get a job.Good luck!

  3. Babysit for someone you know who has kids....grab the mail for the elderly or do a few chores around the house for the elderly, they love having younger children help them around the house... I did that for my grandmother whom is now in a nursing home. I even did that for a living working throu FIA (Family Independant Agency) or better known as DHS

  4. you'll have to babysit or do jr lifeguarding. that's all

  5. rake yards, wash cars, pressure wash homes, help the elderly with their household chores, post signs in your neighborhood that you will clean yards, pick up trash, save cans or any other recy. items that you can take and turnin fo rmoney. Take your old clothing to a second hand store instead of throwing then out. Also, you shouldn't get pd to help your parents!  Tutor younger kids to help prepare them for the upcoming school year.

  6. Yard work thorughout the neighborhood, door to door car wash, dog walking/pet sitting, for people who work all day.  Help elderly neighbors around their homes.

  7. so you want something for nothing, then?  I suppose you could squeeze lemons and make a drink stand.
