How can i a jean size in a week?

i want lose weight and mainly on my legs but i need a really good at home exercise.

I can't fit into my trouser because there one jean size too small

  3. you can lose a jean size healthfully in 3 weeks...don't do it any faster, no junk food, eat whole foods, low fat, low carb...just make smart decisions....chicken over beef, grilled over fried, etc...it's not hard

    oh also, do pilates or some type exercise that wll give you long lean muscles, not bulk you up, I have thicker legs too..it's easy to bulk mine up too much

  4. Just eat 1200 calories a day and walk/jog for an hour each day. You could probably lose 8-10 pounds in a week with this diet. You might gain it back though, so be careful. To lose a size, you must lose 6-7 pounds.

  5. i have the same problem, all my fat goes onto my legs! it will be very difficult to get down a jeans size within a week, but i have a few tips on how to lose about an inch or two, maybe that will help? theyre pretty old fashioned but its helped me.

    - drink 8 glasses of water a day. most of the weight on your legs will be because of water retention, so if you keep yourself hydrated you will lose all the water weight. dont drink any fizzy drinks, and just one glass of fruit juice a day as it has a lot of natural sugars in them.

    -for dinner, have grilled chicken/turkey breast with salad, including red peppers, carrotts, cucumber and lettuce. no red meat.

    -try and eat foods that are very 'watery' such as tomatoes, watermelon, cucumber, peppers. the more variety of colours the better. Eat as many fruit and veg as you can to flush toxins away and fill you up.

    -for lunch have either soup, noodles, turkey/chicken salad sandwich.

    -snacks: yogurt(not choc), dips with carrot/cucumber sticks, fruit, dry toast, cereal bar (1 bar a day only).

    -cut out bread and pasta for a week.

    -run up the stairs two at a time to work your muscles.

    -every spare minute you get, do as many star jumps as you can and as many jogging on the spot at as you can.

    - do leg 20 leg lifts a day
