How can i access a northern irish will on the internet?

I want to find out exactly what is in my father's will. I live in northern ireland and he died just over 12 years ago. is there anyway i can access it easily on the internet?i've had a look on the PRONI website but they only seem to provide wills from ages ago. am i looking in the wrong place?
