Hi amigos this is my problem. at my job i work on a computer and its on a network thats all around the world and they have this massive database. my account is not allowed on the internet and everytime i open internet explorer it takes me to the company website and when i try to go somewhere else like yahoo.com it gets blocked and tells me i don't have the privilege and to sign in as someone who does or to contact the IT guy and it shows his email (oh by the way its windows xp.) I know for sure that you can access the internet because there are some people who have access to it like the supervisor and Quality control guy. is there any way possible to bypass this, or maybe some program. there doesn't seem to be any security programs installed and everyone at work is computer dumb. the IT guy is in Germany somewhere. Any Ideas?????? Thanks Amigos

  1. steal the password or user name from someone who gets internet access

    amigo...

  2. someone who knows as little about this kinda stuff as you seem to shouldn't be hacking yet.

  3. There's no other way to bypass such settings than to ask your computer/network administrator regarding this concern. But basically, this is the usual set-up for networked computers in the office. The firewall program you have installed on your computer's network is causing these set-up and that's the reason you are unable to access other sites on your office PC.

  4. There is no quick answer I'm afraid, bypassing network security takes skill, time and experience. There's no magic button (unless someone else has done it for you). My advice is take the diplomatic route... if someone has already figured it out, get chummy with them - if the IT guy is reasonable, talk to them - if your manager is nice.. make a fake business reason up... all these are far more likely to work then bypassing the security which could ultimately lead to your own dismissal.

  5. I would not play with this as this is a company line , most probably your router or network controller is blocking you. Your IT is the one that can give you access, maybe when he comes back you can ask him to give you access . Hey the more you try to break the password the more and bigger will be your logs of failing attempts to connect on the network computer who blocks you. This can bring you a lot of trouble. They protect this lines as this lines contain information that the company does not want to loose by a virus or a hacker , that's why they secure the lines this way. Do not try to hack it as this can cost your job and if in any case data lost by your side you ca be in big trouble my amigo.
