Note the way you stand on stage. For the auditions, stand like her. I'd say one leg kind of in front of the other, hand on hip, arched back a little. Flip the hair sometimes, give dirty looks (if you're reading from the script)

If you're doing a monologue, pick one that's similar to Sharpay's attitude. Really think about HOW she would say things. Each line should sound a little different then the last, and play with tempo and volume :D

        For me, if I curled my hair like hers and wore similar clothes, it would make me act like her better. I guess it's because I really get into the character that way.
