How can i achieve a 230 or over on my PSATs?

i would like to know who here ever achieved over a 230 or a perfect score and how did you prepare for it

I had to study over the course of 4 years and achieved a 238 (would have been a 240 if I could use my writing score from my sophomore year instead, haha).  I used the Princeton Review's Cracking the SAT and The Official SAT Study Guide in conjunction with one another, read them, did practice tests, and slowly became accustomed to how SAT questions operate.  I never studied specifically for the PSAT, just the SAT (the PSAT has the same style of questions, it just doesn't have an essay, and it's shorter).
