How can i add games to my ipod touch

i downloaded one to my itunes but i dont know how to transfer it to my ipod..help plz

upgrade to 2.0 and sync it. that's how I did mine.

Go to your iPod Bar on the left side of iTunes.

The there will be a tab at the top that says applications.

Click on that and choose the apps that you want to sync.

Then at the bottom right there is a button that says sync or apply.

Hit that and after its done syncing, the games will be on your iPod.
