How can i add on 10 pounds of muscle and fat in 2 weeks?

can someone give me a weightlifting program for this or just give me tips on what to eat and do to put on as much muscle as possible in 2 weeks. thanks!

  1. drink protein shakes (muscle milk) and eat alot of protein. avoid everything else, maybe some carbs, but avoid fats and stuff. hit the gym everyday and depending on what youre trying to build, do lifts for that body part. then go run or do cardio. the more layers, the more youll sweat, cutting out all extra fat, making ur muscles more prominent. make sure when u lift, u do alot of wait. say your max is 100lbs in something, lift at least 75lbs in that lift. AT LEAST. but dont over do it.
