How can i add videos and pictures to xbox 360?

I HAVE A PC WITHOUT MEDIA CENTER ON IT AND I AM WONDERING IF I CAN ADD VIDEOS AND PICTURES FROM IT TO MY XBOX 360. I CAN LISTEN TO MY MUSIC ON MY XBOX BUT I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO ADD PICTURES AND VIDEOS. IS THERE A WAY?

ALSO, CAN I PERMANENTLY ADD MUSIC FROM THE PC TO THE XBOX RATHER THAN JUST STREAMING FROM WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER?

u can put them from the cpu to a CD and from there to the xbox 360 and then copy them to the hardrive
