You can follow everyone else's directions to do Yahoo PPC, but yahoo offers another option, a little known service called "Paid Inclusion".  You will have to go through an agency to have this set up, but it's pretty cool.  You don't pay for marketing ads on the side and top of the screen, you pay for placement in the organic results of Yahoo.  Do a google search for Yahoo Paid Inclusion, and you'll find what you need to know about it.  I would go with the company who charges the smallest fee for the service.  Good luck!

Go to yahoo small business and follow the procedures.  If you want to host a site, you can do so, with little expenses and advertise your product and do business through E-Commerce.
