How can i advertise on my google group?

It depends on the Group's policies as set by its owner/moderator.  If the Group's policies allow advertising, then you'd probably be best off posting it in a message to the Group.  If the Group's policies don't allow advertising, then doing that will probably get you kicked out of the Group.
