  1. its what younger sisters do. just make sure you remember every embarassing thing she does and when she is a little older just tell her boyfriends all of them she will be mortified.

  2. You're her older sister....she bugs you because she wants your attention. I think you should start making deals with her for example: If you respect my privacy and don't listen in on my calls etc...you and I can go to the movies next weekend, or we can go to the mall together etc.... Start rewarding her for acceptable and good behavior and she'll learn her good actions have positive "feedback"

She just wants to be around you and know what is going on in your life. It's exciting to her, it fascinates her!!

    Good luck

  3. My sister is 11 and when she is being annoying I just ignore her and she cant stand it. Shes the youngest and shes used to getting all the attention so it drives her crazy.

  4. tape her barbie dolls to the ceiling

    if she  has a phone

    also tape to celing

if your parents would tell you off for that...

throw them all in a river (not your parents)

  5. Remember, while you're here in need of answers to annoy her with, she's younger, more imaginative, and won't need any advice on how to annoy you worse than ever.

Also, if you're not a fan of being told off for things you don't do, why go and do something that will only get you told off because YOU DID do it?

Give her some of your time and attention. That's all she wants as your little sister. She annoys you to get you to notice her. Try taking time out for just you and her, and I'm sure you'll see things will improve greatly.
