If you are in China , better let you travel agency apply on be half for tourist visa, is make things easy for you. unless you home town is very near to out embassy.* if you are asking to apply visa for you Chinese friends from China and which to apply for them in Singapore , you can apply to ICA (lavender HQ ) or any Post Office ( new services from 15-July-08 ) , you must be Singaporean/PR and willing to be their local sponsor , cash amount of SGD 5000 , security deposit may requester from ICA . ( will be full refund after their return home with out over stay ) take about 14 -30 days for approved.check with www.ica.gov.sg or visit any post office near by you place.
